i want to start boxing and i need some advice. I’ve been told i need to lose weight. At the moment i’m about 15 stone and 6 foot 2. I am not fat but am not exactly in great condition either. Whats the fastest way for me to lose a stone and replace it with muscles?

hmmm I don’t want to see a rematch, the first fight was awful and if the fight was over here Hopkins would probably get disqualified or lose about 5 points

I hope to God Joe wins but the closer it gets to the fight the more I think Jones has a chance. I felt the same way before the Kessler fight I get more nervous than he does probably.

Pavlik didnt know what hit him it was like he was expecting Hopkins just to stand there. I reckon he just concentrated on conditioning and didnt get sparring partners to replicate Hopkins
