Atkins diet dangers

To be honest if you are a fghter then your camp should keep tabs on your diet to ensure you are tip top. I know mine does when it comes to watching weight and keeping in good nick. Nothing should be done if you do not have the knowledge base to back it up especially dieting and weight cutting.
